WX100 is an expandable braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from tough, abrasion resistant, polyester monofilament fibers that are resistant to most solvents and hydrocarbons, such as jet fuels, gasoline, diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and cleaning fluids. WX150 is an expandable, flame retardant braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from tough, abrasion resistant, flame retardant polyester monofilament fibers which are resistant to most solvents and hydro-carbons, such as jet fuels, gasoline, diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and cleaning fluids. The open weave design not only allows it to be extremely flexible but also allows for complete drainage thus preventing moisture and mildew buildup. WX150 is an excellent choice anywhere abrasion protection and flame retardant standards are required at economical price.

WX200 is an expandable, abrasion resistant, highly flame retardant braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from Halar®(E-CTFE) fluoropolymer monofilaments that are highly resistant to most solvents and hydrocarbons, such as jet fuels, gasoline, diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and cleaning fluids. Halar® is low outgassing and will not support combustion in air. WX200 is an excellent choice anywhere that high temperature, extreme flammability and excellent chemical resistance are essential.

WX300 is an expandable, highly abrasion resistant braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from tough, Nylon® 6-6 polyamide monofilament fibers. The open weave design not only allows it to be extremely flexible but also allows for complete drainage thus preventing moisture and mildew buildup. WX300 is an excellent choice for automotive use or any low-cost applications.

WX400 is an expandable, extremely high temperature braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from UV light & flame resistant Teflon®(PFA) monofilament fibers, which are very low outgassing and resistant to most solvents and hydrocarbons, such as jet fuels, gasoline, diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and cleaning fluids. The open weave design allows it to be extremely flexible and because Teflon® is chemically inert it will not support any bacteria growth. WX400 is an excellent choice anywhere extremely high temperature or very low outgassing are significant environment factors.

WX500 is an expandable, flame resistant, extremely lightweight braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from Ryton® (PPS) fibers that are resistant to most solvents. The open weave design not only allows it to be extremely flexible but also allows for complete drainage thus preventing moisture and mildew buildup. WX500 is an excellent choice anywhere wire bundling is subject to high temperatures, and overall weight is a critical factor.

WX600 is a high temperature, flame resistant, high strength braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from Nomex® (Synthetic Polyamide) Yarn that is resistant to most solvents. The open weave design not only allows it to be flexible but also abrasion resistance. WX600 is an excellent choice anywhere wire bundling requires high strength and abrasion resistance at elevated temperatures.

WX700 is an expandable, flame resistant, lightweight braided sleeve used on cable assemblies, wire harnesses and hoses. It is made from PEEK® (Polyetheretheketone) fibers that are low out gassing and self-extinguishing. The open weave design not only allows it to be extremely flexible, but also has excellent abrasion resistance. WX700 is an excellent choice for all Space flight or anywhere wire out gassing is a critical factor.

WX800 is a very high temperature, flame resistant, high strength braided sleeve used on cable assemblies and wire harnesses. It is made from Ceramic fibers that offer excellent chemical and abrasion resistance at temperatures over 1000°C. The open weave design allows it to be flexible with out compromising abrasion resistance. WX800 is an excellent choice when nothing but the highest temperature capabilities will do.
